You will find us south of Longo's, directly across the street from the Royal Canadian Legion.

Question 3

Do I need a physician referral?

Accepted Answer

You do not need a physician referral to access any of our services; however, some insurance plans do require a prescription in order receive insurance coverage. This is most common with Massage Therapy and Orthotics. Please review your insurance policy to ensure requirements are met.

Do you direct bill?

We do offer direct billing for the majority of insurance plans. Please speak with our Office Staff to confirm what information is required and determine eligibility.

Will my insurance cover treatment at your clinic?

Accepted Answer

Many insurance plans offer coverage for chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture and orthotics. Plans and amount of coverage vary greatly. It is the responsibility of patients to confirm eligibility and coverage.

Question 6

Will I receive treatment on my first visit?

Accepted Answer

Your initial visit will include a detailed health history, examination and treatment, when appropriate. Occasionally, treatment may be delayed until further investigations such as X-rays or medical referral have been completed.
